Shipping Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This timeframe may be extended to 4 business days during new collection launches, clearance periods, and sales. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery in real time.

• Colissimo Home Delivery: 48 hours after shipping.

• Colissimo delivery to a merchant pickup point, Pickup locker, or post office: 48 hours after shipping.

Delivery Methods / Other Countries

• Home Delivery: 3-7 days after shipping.

• Pickup point delivery: 3-7 days after shipping.
